When you use the contact form on dions-us.com, we collect the name, email address, and message content you type in. That is the only personal information we ask for. We do not have accounts, checkouts, or order forms, so there is no place on this site where payment details are requested or stored.
Like most sites, our servers also record standard technical data when pages are requested. This can include IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of the visit, and which Dion’s guide pages were opened — for example menu, delivery areas, or how-to-order. These logs help us see that the site loads correctly and stays available.
We do not connect contact messages with browsing logs to build profiles, and we do not use either source for advertising. If you only read the guide and never write to us, the only record is the routine technical log described above.
Why we collect it
Contact form details are used for one job: to read your message and reply. Readers often write to flag a menu change, a delivery-area correction, or a broken link in our Dion’s coverage. We use the name and email you provide to answer and, where needed, to check that a correction is accurate before we update the page.
Server logs are used to keep the site online and to detect misuse, such as repeated failed requests or attempts to overload a page. They are reviewed in aggregate for availability and security, not to follow individual visitors across the web.
